Yesterday was my best friend Michiko's wedding at our church in San Jose. I was her maid of honor. It was such a lovely day! perfect weather, many smiles and lots of love. I think I was more nervous than she was.
When I was going through chemo treatment, I really looked forward to her wedding. At that time, I couldn't even imagine how I would look and how I would feel. I just knew time would go by and the day would come. I'm so grateful that I met her and thankful to have a friend like her. She is the kindest sweetest person.
It was one of the happiest days of my life!
