Key to The Cure

This Friday (10/17), I will be volunteering at Saks Fifth Avenue in San Francisco for "Key to The Cure" for Fertile Hope, the same non-profit organization I worked for last month. Fertile Hope is one of the beneficiaries of this charitable shopping initiative. There will be a section for Fertile Hope in the store. Come see me and do some shopping!

Key to The Cure at Saks Fifth Avenue in SF (October 16-19)
2% of sales will be donated to local charity partners. Funds raised will go towards organizations focusing on research, treatment and education for breast, ovarian, cervical and uterine cancers. Since 1999, together with its vendors and partners, Saks has donated more than $28 million to fight women's cancers. The limited-edition t-shirt designed by Karl Lagerfeld exclusively for Saks Fifth Avenue is $40 and $35 will go directly to the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund to fight women's cancers.

Saks has also filled two days with special guests and events to inspire and energize your body and spirit! This 2-day Women’s Health & Wellness Fete will take place in the store on October 17th & 18th.

Friday, October 17: 12-7pm
Saturday, October 18: 10am-5pm

Free to the public, women can stop at numerous stations to find their perfect pair of jeans and eyeliner color to advice on healthy eating, stress management and reproductive advice. The event will promote women to feel good, look good, and take proactive steps to maintain optimal health.High-end prizes from Fendi, Epi Med Spa, American Roots Winery, Guiseppe Zanotti, Vincent Agor jewelry, International Orange, and more will be awarded to a select group of shoppers who visit Saks and test whether or not a puzzle piece (mailed directly from Saks) matches up with any of the "missing links" displayed in the store.
